• Patients that have accounts with Hancock Health can book your appointment online through the Hancock Health portal link below. Be sure to select one of the "Well-Being at Work..." options. These appointments are specifically for employee clinics.

• Virtual Appointments: We understand the importance of flexibility in healthcare. To make our services more accessible, we are introducing virtual appointment slots available on Fridays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. This option allows you to consult with us from the comfort of your own space. Virtual Appointments will be a scheduled appointment option on the portal under Hancock Well-Being At Work.

Key Staff Benefits to Using the Employee Clinic

• There is no cost to visit the on-site clinic which provides a broad scope of primary care services, comprehensive annual physicals, and health coaching.

• There is no cost for generic prescriptions that the clinic dispenses from the available drug formulary list.

• The clinic offers select labs at no cost to staff and can accept lab orders brought in by other physicians or specialists.

• Per policy, the health clinic will see patients ages 1 and above. (Young patients may be referred to a pediatrician in certain cases.)

• By law, all patient information is completely confidential; MVCSC will not have access.
